To see the call logs even if you are on the ‘Basic’ plan, please follow these steps:
Navigate to ‘Activity’ on the left sidebar menu.
Select ‘Call Logs.’
3. Click ‘Archived’ on the top right corner. All call logs will be displayed.
4. Click the ‘Filter’ icon to filter the call logs according to your preference.
