FAQ: How do I update the closing date when there are delays in closing?

Answer:

First, when you update the closing date of a property with delay dates in closing, make sure that the status of the lead is ‘Under Contract.’

Please refer to the screenshot below.

Follow these steps to update the closing date:

  1. Once the lead status is ‘Under Contract,’ click ‘Action’ in the top right section.

2. Click the ‘Pen’ icon. The lead page will pop up.

3. Scroll to the ‘Scheduled Closing Date’ under the Analytics Info section.

4. Click the field or the calendar icon to select the closing date.

5. Hit ‘Save.’
