FAQ: I want to check out the Dialer - but when I click on it, it says ‘Unauthorized Access.’

Here are the steps on how you can authorize a user to use the List Stacking dialer:
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon in the lower left corner.
2. Click ‘Manage Users’ under the ‘General’ tab. The list of users will pop up.
3. Select from the list of users by clicking the user name or the ‘Pen’ icon under the ‘Action’ column.
4. Click ‘List Stacking Dialer.’
5. Enable the ‘Dialer Access’ toggle and tick the Basic or Advanced List Stacking Dialer.
6. Click ‘Save Module Permissions.’
Note: The List Stacking Dialer is an add-on feature across all plans. It costs $79 for the Basic List Stacking Dialer or $99.00 for the Advanced List Stacking Dialer per month per user.
