Remove the 'In-App Answering' charge by deactivating the 'In-App Answering' feature in the call flow settings.

Here are the steps on how you can remove the 'In-App Answer' feature:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ by clicking the ‘Settings’ icon located at the bottom left corner of the page.

  2. Select ‘Call Flow’ under the ‘Marketing’ tab.

3. Select the call flow name with the ‘REsimpli In-app answering’ in the ‘Incoming call action.’

4. Scroll to the ‘Forward Type’ section; change the ‘Incoming call action’ from ‘REsimpli In-App Answering’ to ‘Number Forward.’

5. Update the ‘Forward Number’ to where the call should be forwarded.

6. Click ‘Save Call Flow.’
