Remove the 'In-App Answering' charge by deactivating the 'In-App Answering' feature in the call flow settings.
Here are the steps on how you can remove the 'In-App Answer' feature:
Go to ‘Settings’ by clicking the ‘Settings’ icon located at the bottom left corner of the page.
Select ‘Call Flow’ under the ‘Marketing’ tab.
3. Select the call flow name with the ‘REsimpli In-app answering’ in the ‘Incoming call action.’
4. Scroll to the ‘Forward Type’ section; change the ‘Incoming call action’ from ‘REsimpli In-App Answering’ to ‘Number Forward.’
5. Update the ‘Forward Number’ to where the call should be forwarded.
6. Click ‘Save Call Flow.’
