Answer:

Follow these steps to switch between the ‘Basic Follow-Up Dialer’ and the ‘Advanced’ one.

  1. Click the ‘Settings’ icon in the lower left corner.

  2. Click ‘Manage User’ under the ‘General’ tab.

3. Select the user by clicking the user name or the ‘Pen’ icon.

4. Go to the ‘Module Permissions.’

5. Enable/disable the toggle of ‘Access to Advanced Leads Dialer.’

6. Click ‘Save Module Permissions.’

7. Click ‘Save User.’
