FAQ: Is REsimpli predicated on having a call routing feature? I already have a VoiP subscription with a third party. Do I have to add a unique phone number for REsimpli use?

The user can use a third-party number to route incoming calls.
Follow these steps to set up a third-party number in the Call Flow.
Navigate to ‘Settings’ by clicking the ‘Settings’ icon in the lower left corner.
Click ‘Call Flow’ under the ‘Marketing’ tab.
3. Click the call flow name or the' Pen' icon where the third-party number will be used.
4. Scroll to the ‘Forward Type’ section; set the ‘Incoming call action’ to ‘Number Forward.’
5. Enter the third-party number in the ‘Forward Number’ field.
6. Click ‘Save Call Flow.’
