Here are the steps on how to schedule an appointment with an existing lead using the web form:
Copy-paste the web form link to your browser to open the web form.
Enter the phone number in the ‘Primary Phone’ field.
The ‘Update Lead’ window will open, showing the lead information.
3. Click the lead to auto-populate the lead information in the web form.
4. To schedule an appointment, click the ‘Add Appointments' button at the top right of the page. A new window will open.
5. Fill out the ‘Add Appointment’ fields and click ‘Save Appointment.’
6. Click ‘Update’ to update the web form.
7. To view the task on the leads page, click the ‘Tasks & Appts.’ tab, which will display the task under the ‘Appointments’ tab.
