Here are the steps and locations where you can set up a call flow to forward incoming calls to your cell phone number:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to ‘Settings’ in the lower left corner.

2. Click ‘Call Flow’ under the ‘Marketing’ tab.

3. Click ‘Add Call Flow’ in the upper right section. A new window will open.

4. Fill in the details, such as a unique name of what this call flow would be used for, and select the timezone as well as the timeframe that you would like only to receive incoming calls:

  1. Call Flow Name

  2. Incoming Call Recording

  3. Caller ID

  4. Timezone

  5. Schedule

5. Select the ‘Add Forward Type.’ To forward the call to a specific number:

  1. Click "Single Forward," and a pop-up will appear.

  2. On the drop-down in ‘Incoming call section #1,’ choose the ‘Number Forward.’

  3. Enter the number where you want the calls forwarded in the ‘Forward Number #1’ field.

6. Go to the ‘Non-Business Hours’ tab on the top left section and set up the call flow for non-business hours.

7. Click ‘Add Call Flow.’
