Here are the steps on how you can check the status of the Direct Mail:

Navigate to ‘Marketing’ on the left sidebar menu and select ‘Direct Mail.’ The status of the direct mail will be displayed.

2. Click on the name at the bottom, and the details of the Direct Mail order will appear, as well as their statuses:
