FAQ: How can I record and drop voicemail?

Here are the steps to record a voicemail:
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the lower left corner.
Click ‘Dialer Voicemail’ under the List Stacking section. The list of existing dialer voicemails will pop up.
3. Click ‘Add New’ in the top right section.
4. Fill out the fields; select the from the options for recording. Hit ‘Add Dialer Voicemail Recording.’
Here are the steps to drop a voicemail.
Navigate to ‘List Stacking’ in the left sidebar menu.
Click ‘Dialer.’
3. Click the campaign to dial. The ‘Setting Up Cold Calling’ window pops up.
4. Click the dropdown arrow in the ‘Select Voice Mail to Drop’ field.
5. Fill out the remaining fields and hit ‘Continue.’
Note: Make sure that a VM has been recorded first. This way, the record will auto-populate in the dialer before starting.
