FAQ: How do you mark appointments as 'Kept' or 'Not Kept' in the Leads section?
Here are the steps for selecting 'Kept' and 'Not Kept' in the Leads section.
Navigate to ‘Leads’ > ‘Active Leads’ section.
2. Select the lead you want to update.
3. Click the ‘Tasks & Appts.’ tab.
4. Click ‘Stats' under the ‘Appointments’ section.
5. Scroll down to the ‘Appointment’ details; under the ‘Appt. Outcome’ click the dropdown to select ‘Kept, Not Kept, or No answer.’
