Here are the steps for selecting 'Kept' and 'Not Kept' in the Leads section.

  1. Navigate to ‘Leads’ > ‘Active Leads’ section.

2. Select the lead you want to update.

3. Click the ‘Tasks & Appts.’ tab.

4. Click ‘Stats; under the ‘Appointments’ section.

5. Scroll down to the ‘Appointment’ details; under the ‘Appt. Outcome’ click the dropdown to select ‘Kept, Not Kept, or No answer.’
