Here are the steps to add agents/ roles to the phone numbers.
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner.
Click ‘Manage Users’ under the ‘General’ tab.
3. Select the user; click the user name or the ‘pen’ icon.
4. Click ‘Role Assignment.’
5. Click ‘Append User Access’ to add a role.
6. Check the box adjacent to the role you want to add.
7. Click ‘Yes’ in the Lead Access tab.
8. Click ‘Primary Market.’ All the campaigns will appear in the right-side panel.
9. Select the markets.
10. Hit ‘Update User.’
