FAQ: I uploaded a list and want to create a cold-calling campaign. How do I do that?
Answer:
If you uploaded a list and want to create a cold-calling campaign, please follow these steps.
Providing ‘Dialer’ access for your cold-caller.
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner.
Click ‘Manage User’ under the ‘General’ tab.
Select the user.
Click ‘List Stacking Dialer.’
Enable the toggle to the ‘Dialer Access’ tab.
Hit ‘Save Module Permissions.’
Note: The ‘List Stacking Dialer’ is an add-on feature that costs $79 for a Basic Dialer and $99 for an Advanced Dialer per month per user. The difference is that the advanced dialer allows you to send an SMS while you're calling.
Assigning a phone number.
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner.
Click ‘Phone Numbers’ under the ‘Marketing’ tab.
Click the ‘REsimpli Dialer’ tab.
Click ‘Buy Number’ in the top right section. A new window will open.
Select ‘REsimpli Dialer’ on the ‘You will use this number for?’ field.
Select the ‘Area Code’ or ‘Area Name’ and select the preferred number.
Hit ‘Continue.’
Once you were able to buy the number for the REsimpli Dialer, add a group.
Click ‘Add Group.’ A new window will open.
Name the group of the people using the dialer.
Hit ‘Add Group.
Proceed to Cold-Calling.
Go to ‘Marketing’ > ‘List Stacking.’
Go to your imported list under the ‘Property Addresses’ tab.
Select the list by checking the box adjacent to ‘Property Addresses’ column.
Click the ‘Action’ button and select ‘Send to Dialer.’ You will be routed to the dialer so you can start doing the cold-calling.
