You can dial and send a text inside the REsimpli following these two methods:
First method:
Go to 'Leads' > 'Active Leads.'
2. Select the lead you want to call or text.
3. Under the 'Lead Details' tab, hover your mouse over the lead contact, and click the 'Call' icon to call the lead or the 'Message' icon to send a message.
Second method:
Inside the Lead Details page, click the 'Actions' button in the upper right section.
Click the 'Call' icon or the 'Message' icon.
In the same section, you can send an email or RVM and perform other actions for your leads.
