FAQ: We want to send yellow letters to our leads via direct mail, but when we tried doing it, it only allowed us to send postcards.
Answer:
Sending yellow letters to your leads via direct mail is impossible inside the ‘Active Leads’ page; you can only send them one-off postcards using your credits.
If you want to send ‘Yellow letters’ to your leads, you must place a direct mail order from our direct mail dashboard on the List Stacking page. Here are the steps:
Go to ‘Marketing’ > ‘List Stacking’ on the left sidebar menu.
2. Select the lead(s) on List Stacking.
3. Click on ‘Action’ > ‘Order Direct Mail.’ A new window will open.
4. Fill out the fields and click ‘Next.’
5. Click the dropdown arrow in the ‘Mailing Type’ field and select ‘Yellow Letter.’
6. Complete the remaining fields and proceed to payment.
7. Click ‘Pay and Confirm Order.’
