FAQ: How to turn-off ‘In-App answer?’
Answer:
You can turn off the ‘In-App Answering’ feature by following these steps:
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon in the lower left corner.
Click ‘Call Flow’ under the ‘Marketing’ tab. A new window will open.
3. Select the call flow by clicking the flow name or the ‘Pen’ icon.
4. Scroll to the ‘Forward Type’ and change the ‘REsimpli In-App Answering’ to ‘Number Forward.’
5. Click ‘Save Call Flow’ to save changes.
