FAQ: Is the live transfer feature operational? Our Lead Manager does not see the option.
Answer:
The live transfer feature is operational for outbound calls but not yet for inbound calls. You can click the telephone icon with the plus sign to add a person to the call and do the live transfer.
Here is how you can do it:
Click the lead you want to have a live transfer with.
Go to the ‘Actions’ and hit the ‘Call’ icon.
3. Make a call.
4. Once you are connected with the lead, a ‘Call+’ icon will pop up, click on it. A new window will open.
5. Click the ‘Contact’ tab and search to add the person you want to have a live transfer with, or click the ‘Keypad’ tab to enter their phone number.
6. Hit the ‘Call’ icon.
