Answer:

Here is the area where you can input the amount for the under-contract

Go to the Lead Profile and select the ‘Exit Stages’ to ‘Under Contract.’ A pop-up will appear.

2. Enter the amount for under-contract in the ‘Your Offer Price’ field.

3. Hit ‘Update Status.’
