To drop your voicemail while on a dialer, you first have to set up your voicemail on the dialer voicemail. Here are the steps on how you can do that:
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ page in the lower left corner.
Click ‘Dialer Voicemail’ under the ‘List Stacking’ section.
3. Click ‘Add New’ in the top right section.
4. Select from the existing greetings, upload a new recording, or record a new recording.
5. Click ‘Add Dialer Voicemail Recording.’
Once the dialer voicemail is ready, follow these steps:
Go to the ‘Dialer’ by clicking ‘Marketing’ > ‘Dialer.’
2. Select the campaign. A new window will open.
3. Click the dropdown arrow to select the voicemail to drop and hit ‘Continue.’
4. Click ‘Call’ in the right side panel. If the call is routed to a voicemail, you will see a ‘Drop VM’ button.
5. Click the ‘Drop VM’ button on the right-side panel.
