Answer:

Here are the steps if you want to listen to call recordings:

  1. Click ‘Activity’ on the left sidebar menu.

  2. Select ‘Call Logs.’

3. Click ‘Archived’ in the top right corner. All of the calls made in the active leads pipeline will appear.
