You can add fields such as Tax ID Number and Property Legal Description to a property info page by customizing the Leads’ form page.

Here are the steps to customize the ‘Lead From.’

  1. Navigate to the ‘Settings’ page in the lower left corner.

  2. Click ‘Custom Questions’ under the ‘Customization’ tab. A new window will open.

3. Click the ‘Leads’ tab.

4. Click ‘Add Custom Section’ in the top right corner. A small window will pop up.

5. Fill out the field and hit ‘Add Section.’

6. Scroll to the newly added section at the bottom; click ‘Add Custom Question’ to add specific fields.

Note: The customized lead form will be effective for new leads but not existing ones.
