How to Use the REsimpli Dashboard

Step 1: Open the Dashboard

Click the REsimpli logo or Home button in the upper-left corner to access the main dashboard.

Step 2: Review Daily Activity

Use the dashboard to monitor:

  • Total Tasks

  • Lead Tasks

  • New Leads

  • Open Messages

  • Internal Inbox Notifications

Step 3: Filter by User

Use the user dropdown in the upper-right corner to view dashboard data for a specific team member.

Step 4: Open Detailed Views

Click any dashboard number or category to open filtered views and detailed information.

Step 5: Monitor Contingencies and Priorities

Track:

  • Buyer-side contingencies

  • Seller-side contingencies

  • Abandoned leads

  • Hot leads

  • Unclaimed or unassigned leads

Step 6: Review Lead and Conversion Trends

View lead source performance and conversion trends, including:

  • Leads added

  • Offers

  • Contracts

  • Communication activity

Step 7: Track Calls and SMS Activity

Review call KPIs, SMS activity, call duration, and communication trends directly from the dashboard.

Step 8: Filter by Date Range

Adjust the dashboard view using preset or custom date ranges to analyze performance over specific periods.

Step 9: Contact Support if Needed

Reach out to REsimpli support if you need help understanding or using dashboard features.
