KPI Dashboards Overview - CEO Dashboard

Step 1: Open the CEO Dashboard

Navigate to:

Data β†’ CEO Dashboard

Step 2: Review Goal Tracking

The CEO Dashboard tracks performance based on the business goals configured in Goal Settings.

By default, the dashboard displays:

  • Full Year Goals

  • Expected Progress

  • Current Performance

Step 3: Understand Dashboard Colors

Dashboard indicators use color coding:

  • Green = Ahead of Goal

  • Red = Behind Goal

Step 4: Review Revenue and Deal Metrics

The dashboard displays key business performance metrics such as:

  • Revenue Goal

  • Total Deals

  • Average Revenue Per Deal

Step 5: Review Pipeline Revenue

Pipeline Revenue includes properties currently under contract inside Transaction Management.

The dashboard displays:

  • Pipeline Revenue

  • Number of Pipeline Deals

  • Total Closed + Pipeline Revenue

  • Average Revenue Per Pipeline Deal

  • Average Revenue Per Closed and Pipeline Deal

Step 6: Enable Net Profit Tracking

Net Profit tracking requires:

REsimpli Banking Integration

To enable this:

  1. Go to Goal Settings

  2. Change KPI tracking to REsimpli Banking

Step 7: Review Marketing KPI Metrics

The CEO Dashboard tracks marketing performance metrics including:

  • Cost Per Lead

  • Cost Per Qualified Lead

  • Cost Per Appointment Set

  • Cost Per Appointment Met

  • Cost Per Offer

  • Cost Per Contract

  • Cost Per Deal

Step 8: Review ROI Metrics

ROI measures:

  • Total Marketing Spend

  • Total Revenue Generated

This helps track overall marketing efficiency and profitability.

Result

The CEO Dashboard provides a centralized view of:

  • Business goals

  • Revenue performance

  • Pipeline tracking

  • Marketing KPIs

  • ROI metrics

  • Net profit performance
