Overview
The company dashboard gives you a high-level view of how the business is performing — deals signed and closed, revenue, and how your leads are being worked.
It also has a TV Mode that displays live activity and refreshes every minute, so a screen in the office can show what is happening as it happens.
Steps
Step 1: Open the company dashboard
Go to your company dashboard.
By default it shows the data for this year.
Step 2: Read your headline figures
The dashboard shows your key operational and financial metrics, including:
Contracts signed
Deals closed
Revenue closed
Average revenue per deal
Step 3: Check how your leads are being worked
You will also see:
How many leads are currently assigned in your Active Leads section
Daily leads touched
Qualified lead rate
These tell you whether the pipeline is being worked, rather than just how big it is.
Step 4: Review acquisition and transactions
The dashboard also covers your acquisition figures and your transaction pipeline.
Step 5: Change the time period
Use the date filter to look at a different period. The dashboard is not limited to the current year.
Step 6: Switch to TV Mode
Click Switch to TV Mode.
This shows live data from your CRM and refreshes every minute, so you can watch activity as it happens rather than reloading the page.
Important Notes
The dashboard defaults to this year. Change the date filter before comparing periods, or you may be reading a different range than you think.
Daily leads touched and qualified lead rate measure activity, not volume. They are the figures that show whether leads are actually being worked.
TV Mode refreshes every minute, which makes it suited to a wall display for the team rather than to detailed analysis.
The dashboard covers both acquisitions and the transaction pipeline, so it spans the deal from lead through to close.
Troubleshooting
Your figures look wrong for the period you had in mind
Check the date filter. The dashboard opens on the current year.
Your revenue figures look low
Check whether deals have been moved through to closed. The dashboard reflects the statuses recorded in your pipelines.
You want a live view for the team
Use TV Mode. It refreshes automatically every minute.
Your leads touched figure is lower than expected
That measures activity against leads, so it reflects what your team has actually done rather than how many leads exist.
Summary
You reviewed the company dashboard. You saw your contracts signed, deals closed, revenue closed, and average revenue per deal, along with assigned leads, daily leads touched, and qualified lead rate, plus your acquisition and transaction pipeline figures. You changed the time period with the date filter, and switched to TV Mode for a live view that refreshes every minute.
