How to Use the Leaderboard in REsimpli

Written by Anthony Estrada

Overview

The leaderboard ranks your team members against each other on the activity and results that matter — revenue generated, calls made, messages sent, and appointments booked.

You can narrow it to any time period, choose which columns to show, and put it on a screen in TV Mode.

Steps

Step 1: Open the leaderboard

Go to your leaderboard.

It shows the ranking of each of your team members.

Step 2: Choose your time period

By default the leaderboard shows the present year.

You can change this to look at a specific period instead:

  • Between two dates

  • Today

  • This week

  • This month

Step 3: Customize your view

You do not have to look at every column at once.

Uncheck anything you do not need, so the leaderboard shows only what you are interested in — for example just revenue generated, outgoing calls, emails sent, and SMS.

This is worth doing when you are focused on one kind of activity.

Step 4: Switch to TV Mode

Click Switch to TV Mode at the top right.

This displays the leaderboard live, showing revenue generated, outgoing calls, emails, SMS, appointments, and the rest.

Step 5: Exit TV Mode

Click the X button on the right side to come back.

Important Notes

  • The leaderboard defaults to the present year. For a weekly or monthly view of the team, change the period first.

  • Customizing the view only changes what you see. It does not affect the underlying figures or what anyone else sees.

  • TV Mode is designed for display, so it suits a screen in the office rather than close analysis.

  • The leaderboard covers both activity — calls, emails, SMS, appointments — and results, in the form of revenue generated.

Troubleshooting

The figures look higher than you expected

  • Check the time period. The leaderboard opens on the full year.

There are too many columns to read

  • Uncheck the ones you do not need. The view is yours to customize.

You want the team to see the leaderboard

  • Use TV Mode at the top right, and click the X to exit.

Someone's numbers look low

  • Check the period you are viewing, and which columns are shown — a team member strong on calls may not look strong on a revenue-only view.

Summary

You used the leaderboard. You saw your team members ranked, changed the time period from the default year to the range you wanted, and customized the columns to show just the activity you cared about. You then used TV Mode to display it live, and exited with the X button.
