Overview
You can sort your leaderboard by Revenue Generated, so your team is ranked by what they have actually brought in rather than by activity.
Sorting works in both directions — highest first, or lowest first.
Steps
Step 1: Open your leaderboard
Go to your leaderboard.
Step 2: Find the Revenue Generated column
Locate the Revenue Generated column.
It is the first column beside the title.
Step 3: Click the arrow
Click the arrow beside Revenue Generated.
This sorts the leaderboard by revenue, in descending or ascending order.
Important Notes
Sorting only reorders what is already shown. It does not change the time period or which columns are displayed.
Check your time period before reading the order. The leaderboard defaults to the present year, so a revenue ranking may be reflecting twelve months rather than the month you have in mind.
Ascending order has a use. Sorting lowest-first shows who is not converting, which is the more useful view if you are deciding where to spend coaching time.
Revenue ranks results, not effort. Someone low on revenue may be high on calls and appointments. Look at both before drawing conclusions about a team member.
If revenue is the only thing you want to see, uncheck the other columns so the view is not cluttered.
Troubleshooting
You cannot find the Revenue Generated column
It is the first column beside the title. If it is missing, it may have been unchecked in your column settings.
The order looks wrong
Click the arrow again to switch between descending and ascending.
The revenue figures look too high
Check the time period. The leaderboard opens on the present year rather than the current month.
Someone with good activity is at the bottom
Revenue sorting ranks closed results. Check their calls, appointments, and conversations before treating it as a performance problem.
You want to see this on a screen for the team
Sort first, then switch to TV Mode.
