Overview
You can sort your leaderboard by Outgoing Calls, ranking your team by call volume rather than by revenue.
Sorting works in both directions — most calls first, or fewest first.
Steps
Step 1: Open your leaderboard
Go to your leaderboard.
Step 2: Find the Outgoing Calls column
Locate the Outgoing Calls column.
Step 3: Click the arrow
Click the arrow beside Outgoing Calls.
The leaderboard sorts by call volume, in descending or ascending order.
Important Notes
Every column sorts this way. The arrow beside a column heading sorts by it, so you can rank the team by calls, revenue, or any other metric shown.
Call volume measures effort, not results. Someone at the top on calls may be at the bottom on revenue. Sorting by both tells you far more than either alone.
Check the time period first. The leaderboard defaults to the present year, so a call ranking may cover twelve months rather than the week you had in mind.
Ascending order shows who is not dialling. That is often the more actionable view if you manage a calling team.
High calls with low conversations is a warning, not an achievement. Check the dialer reports before treating a high call count as good performance — a flagged number produces exactly that pattern.
Troubleshooting
You cannot find the Outgoing Calls column
It may have been unchecked in your column settings. Re-check it to bring the column back.
The order looks wrong
Click the arrow again to switch between descending and ascending.
The numbers look higher than expected
Check the time period. The leaderboard opens on the present year.
Someone has high calls but nothing to show for them
Look at the Dialer Productivity Report. High attempts with few conversations usually points at the phone number's spam status rather than the caller.
You want to rank by something else
Click the arrow beside whichever column you want to sort by.
