How to Utilize the SOW (Scope of Work) Feature

How to Add a Scope of Work (SOW) in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Inventory Section

Go to the Inventory section and open the property you want to manage.

Inventory is typically used for properties you plan to renovate, flip, hold, or list.

Step 2: Open the SOW Section

Inside the property profile, go to the SOW tab.

Step 3: Add a New Scope of Work

Click Add SOW.

Step 4: Enter the Scope of Work Details

Provide the work information, including:

  • Scope of Work Name

  • Start Date

  • Estimated Duration

  • Contractor

  • Work Description

Examples:

  • Exterior Repaint

  • Interior Painting

  • Repairs

  • Renovations

Step 5: Select the Contractor

Choose the contractor assigned to the project.

Contractors can be added under the Contacts β†’ Vendors section.

Step 6: Add Cost Information

Enter pricing details such as:

  • Itemized Costs

  • Daily Rates

  • Total Project Costs

Step 7: Save the Scope of Work

Click to save the SOW entry.

Step 8: Print or Share the SOW

Use the available options to:

  • Print the Scope of Work

  • Share it with contractors, lenders, or team members

Step 9: Manage Renovation Projects

Use the SOW feature to track renovation work, project costs, and contractor assignments.
