How to export activity logs (SMS, Calls)

To guide users on how to export activity logs such as call logs and SMS logs from the system.

Accessing Activity Logs

  1. Navigate to the Activity page.

  2. Click Call Logs.

Filtering Activity Logs

Use the available filters to customize the activity logs you want to export.

Communication Type

Select the type of activity you want to export:

  • Incoming Calls

  • Outgoing Calls

  • Incoming SMS

  • Outgoing SMS

Date Range

  1. Select the preferred date range for the logs.

Users

  1. Select the users associated with the activity logs.

Campaigns

  1. Select the campaigns relevant to the export.

Exporting the Logs

  1. After applying all necessary filters, click Export Call Logs.

  2. Download the exported file to your device.

Notes

  • Filters help narrow down the exported data for accurate reporting.

  • Exported files may include call details, SMS records, user activity, and campaign information depending on the selected filters.
