For how triggers, enrollment, and timing work generally, see Understanding Automation Triggers in REsimpli.
New Lead Created
Triggers when a new lead is created in one of the selected campaigns. Campaigns are organised under their corresponding Lead Sources.
You can configure the automation for one campaign, multiple campaigns, or all campaigns.
Example: separate new-lead automations for PPC leads, Direct Mail leads, and Cold Calling leads — or one automation covering all campaigns.
This only fires for leads created after the automation is activated. Existing leads are never enrolled retrospectively.
Lead Status Change
Triggers when a lead is moved to a selected status within a selected Lead pipeline.
The trigger is based on two things together: the pipeline, and the status within that pipeline.
Status changes made manually or by another automation can trigger it. It does not fire on bulk status changes or imports.
Activity Triggers
All six options are available for leads:
Incoming SMS
Incoming Call
Direct Mail
Outgoing Call
Outgoing SMS
Appointment Outcome
See Understanding Automation Triggers in REsimpli for what each one does and for the Full AI Team subscription requirement on the two AI intent triggers.
Other Triggers
New Seller Appointment
Triggers when a new seller appointment is scheduled for a lead.
Last Offer Amount
Triggers when the lead's most recent offer amount is more than, less than, or equal to an amount you specify. Evaluated when the value is updated.
Example: trigger when Last Offer Amount is more than $150,000.
Under Contract Price
Triggers when the under-contract price falls within any of the selected percentage ranges, based on the property's estimated value from REsimpli data. Evaluated when the applicable value is updated.
Lead Closed Manually
Triggers when an open lead is manually closed by a user.
Tags
Triggers when any of the selected tags are added to the lead.
This is event-based. A lead that already carries the tag is not enrolled when you activate the automation — the tag has to be added afterwards.
Dead Lead Reason
Triggers when a lead is marked as a Dead Lead with one of the selected reasons.
Lead Qualification Status
Triggers when the lead is marked Qualified or Unqualified.
Manual Assignment
Lets a lead be added to an automation by hand, individually or through supported bulk actions.
Only Manual Assignment automations can be bulk assigned, and the account-wide limit is 100 records per day.
Things to Watch
Lead Status Change is pipeline-specific. Selecting a status without the right pipeline will not behave as you expect.
The Tags trigger will not sweep up your existing tagged leads. This is the most common surprise on lead automations.
Campaign selection on New Lead Created is how you split workflows by source. A single all-campaigns automation treats a PPC lead and a cold-call lead identically.
Value triggers fire on update, not on the value being true. Last Offer Amount and Under Contract Price are evaluated when the number changes.
