For how triggers, enrollment, and timing work generally, see Understanding Automation Triggers in REsimpli.

New Rental Property

Triggers when a new property is added to the Rental pipeline.

Can be filtered by the marketing campaign associated with the property — one campaign, several, or all.

Status Change

Triggers when a property that already exists in the Rental pipeline is moved to a selected Rental status.

The property's first status does not count

The status a property is assigned when it first enters Rentals is not a Status Change.

Use New Rental Property for the initial arrival, and Status Change for movement afterwards.

This matches Inventory behaviour, and is the opposite of Transaction Management.

Other Triggers

Tags

Triggers when any of the selected tags are added to a property in Rental status.

This is the only Other Trigger available for Rentals.

Manual Assignment

Lets Rental properties be assigned to an automation by hand.

Only Manual Assignment automations can be bulk assigned, and the account-wide limit is 100 records per day.

Things to Watch

  • Rentals has no financial or date triggers. Expected Profit, Scheduled Closing Date, Buyer Added and the rest are not available here — those belong to Inventory and Transaction Management.

  • There is no Activity Trigger. Communication automations belong on the contact record.

  • New Rental Property and Status Change cover different moments. A property arriving directly in the status you are automating will only fire New Rental Property.
