New Inventory Added
Triggers when a new property is added to the Inventory pipeline.
Can be filtered by the marketing campaign associated with the property — one campaign, several, or all.
Status Change
Triggers when a property that already exists in Inventory is moved to a selected Inventory status.
The property's first status does not count
A property's initial Inventory status is not a Status Change.
Worked example. Your Inventory pipeline has New Inventory, Under Rehab, and Ready for Sale. A property is added directly into Under Rehab:
New Inventory Added — fires
Status Change to Under Rehab — does not fire, because that was its initial status
The property later moves from Under Rehab to Ready for Sale — Status Change fires
This is the opposite of Transaction Management, where initial entry does count.
Other Triggers
Tags
Triggers when any of the selected tags are added to a property in the Inventory pipeline.
Buyer Added
Triggers when a buyer is added in the Dispo tab for an Inventory property.
Agent Added
Triggers when an agent is added in the Dispo tab for an Inventory property.
Multiple Dispo Offers Received
Works exactly as it does in Transaction Management.
The first trigger happens when the second offer is added
If another offer arrives while the automation is running, the current automation continues without restarting
If the automation has finished and another qualifying offer arrives, the property can enter again
Offers from both Buyers and Agents count.
Expected Profit Changed
Triggers when Expected Profit is updated for an Inventory property.
Scheduled Closing Date Changed
Triggers when the Scheduled Closing Date is updated.
Manual Assignment
Lets Inventory properties be assigned to an automation by hand.
Only Manual Assignment automations can be bulk assigned, and the account-wide limit is 100 records per day.
Things to Watch
New Inventory Added and Status Change do not overlap. If a property arrives directly in the status you are automating, only New Inventory Added fires. Building your workflow on Status Change alone will miss those properties entirely.
There is no Activity Trigger for Inventory. Communication automations belong on the contact record.
Campaign filtering is available on New Inventory Added but not on Status Change.
