Sold has no Status Change trigger. Automations here start when a property arrives in Sold, when a specific financial condition is met, or when someone assigns the property manually.
For how triggers, enrollment, and timing work generally, see Understanding Automation Triggers in REsimpli.
New Sold Property
Triggers when a new property is added to Sold.
Can be filtered by the marketing campaign associated with the property — one campaign, several, or all.
Other Triggers
Tags
Triggers when any of the selected tags are added to a property in Sold status.
Actual Profit
Triggers when the Actual Profit value is updated and is more than, less than, or equal to an amount you specify.
Sold Price
Triggers when the Sold Price value is updated and is more than, less than, or equal to an amount you specify.
Expected Profit vs Actual Profit
Triggers when the difference between Expected Profit and Actual Profit is more than or less than an amount you specify. Evaluated when the applicable value is updated.
This is the trigger for catching deals that missed their projection — useful for flagging a post-mortem when actual profit falls well short of what was expected.
Manual Assignment
Lets Sold properties be assigned to an automation by hand.
Only Manual Assignment automations can be bulk assigned, and the account-wide limit is 100 records per day.
Things to Watch
There is no Status Change trigger in Sold. If your workflow depends on moving a sold property between statuses, that automation cannot be built here.
All three financial triggers fire on update. The value has to change; a property that already satisfies the condition is not enrolled when you activate the automation.
Expected Profit vs Actual Profit measures the gap, not either figure on its own. It is the one to use for variance reporting.
