List Stacking has three trigger types. There is no New Record trigger and no Other Triggers.

Status Change
Triggers when an existing List Stacking record is manually moved to a selected status. The automation is based on the status the record moves to.
Importing does not count
Importing a record into List Stacking is not a Status Change and does not trigger this automation.
This matters, because importing is how most records arrive in List Stacking. A workflow built on Status Change will not touch a freshly imported list — someone has to move those records to a status first.

Manual Assignment
Let's List Stacking records be added to an automation by hand.
Only Manual Assignment automations are available for bulk assignment, which matters more here than anywhere else — List Stacking is where you work with large batches of records.
The account-wide limit is 100 records per day, shared across every module.
Things to Watch
There is no New Record trigger for List Stacking. Nothing fires automatically when a record arrives, whether by import or otherwise. This is the main difference from Leads.
Imports do not trigger Status Change. If you import 5,000 records and expect a welcome sequence to start, it will not.
Manual Assignment is the realistic route for stacked lists, and the 100-per-day limit applies. A 500-record campaign takes five days to enrol.
Prospects are not leads. Once a record becomes a lead, Lead automations apply instead — check the Status column for In Leads.
