Q: When will the new features go live?
A: All features will roll out to every REsimpli account by Saturday morning (June 1st, 2025).
Q: Will using auto-skip traced numbers reduce my skip tracing credits?
A: No. Auto-skip traced numbers shown on the list/map view are free. Only manually initiated skip tracing counts toward your credit.
Q: Can I export the lists I build?
A: Yes. You can either export to CSV or push records directly into List Stacking within REsimpli.
Q: Are the list builder filters customizable?
A: Yes. You can filter by property characteristics (e.g., 3 bed, 2 bath), and more filters will be added in the coming weeks.
Q: Do I need to do anything to activate the AI?
A: Just set up your company name, website, and a few basic prompts. Most agents can be activated in under 5 minutes.
Q: How do you receive notification that you had an AI answer a call?
A: You’ll receive a notification in your REsimpli inbox whenever CallAnswer AI takes a call. The call is recorded, logged, and transcribed so you can review the conversation anytime.
Q: What is the AI's responsiveness to non-normal questions like "Who the hell is this?"
A: The AI is designed to recognize aggressive or unusual phrasing and respond politely while steering the conversation back to qualifying the lead. It's still improving through real-time learning across thousands of interactions weekly.
Q: Can the AI talk to tenants or only sellers?
A: The current AI agents are optimized for seller conversations. Tenant-related scenarios are not yet supported but could be explored in future updates if there's enough demand.
Q: When the AI leaves a voicemail, does the carrier flag it as AI?
A: No, voicemails left by the AI appear like any regular message. The carrier doesn’t identify or flag them as AI-generated.
Q: If someone asks, "Are you an AI?" – how does it respond?
A: The AI always identifies itself transparently as an AI phone agent on a recorded line. This builds trust and complies with legal standards.
Q: Can the inbound AI handle “Take me off your list” or DNC requests?
A: Yes. The AI is trained to recognize opt-out phrases and immediately flags the lead as DNC (Do Not Call). You can also enable auto-scrubbing before each call to catch DNC or litigator numbers in advance.
