KPI Dashboards Overview - Goal Setting

Step 1: Open Goal Settings

Navigate to:

Data β†’ Goal Settings

Step 2: Enter Your Annual Business Goals

Input your yearly business targets.

Available Goal Categories:

  • Revenue Goal

  • Marketing Spend Goal

  • Net Income Goal

  • Leads Goal

  • Qualified Leads Goal

  • Appointments Set

  • Appointments Met

  • Offers Made

  • Contracts

  • Purchases

  • Properties Sold

  • Revenue Per Deal

Step 3: Review Revenue Per Deal

The system automatically calculates your Revenue Per Deal based on:

  • Total Revenue Goal

  • Number of Properties Sold

Step 4: Review KPI Targets

Based on your goals, REsimpli will automatically calculate the KPI targets required to achieve them.

KPI Metrics Include:

  • Conversion Rates

  • Cost Per Lead

  • Cost Per Offer

  • Cost Per Contract

  • Cost Per Sold Deal

  • Required Marketing Spend

Step 5: Review ROI Targets

The system also calculates your required ROI.

ROI Definition:

ROI measures how much revenue your business generates for every marketing dollar spent.

Step 6: Select KPI Tracking Method

Choose how you want REsimpli to track your KPI and ROI data.

Available Options:

  • Manual Data Entry

  • REsimpli Banking Integration

Step 7: Save the Goal Settings

After entering all targets and preferences, save the goal settings.
