Step 4: Choose your call recording setting
Turn the setting on if you want all incoming calls recorded.
Leave it off if you do not.
Step 5: Choose your Incoming Caller ID
This is the phone number you see when a call comes in.
Choose the caller's number, which is the seller's number, or
Choose the campaign number.
Step 6: Set up your greeting
Greet Caller plays a short message before you are connected to the caller.
Leave Greet Caller off if you do not want a greeting.
Turn Greet Caller on if you do.
Then pick one of these three options:
Choose a recording already saved in your account.
Upload a new recording. The file must be an MP3 or WAV file. These are common audio file types.
Click Record Audio to record a new message. Then type a name for it.
Step 7: Set up your missed call text messages
REsimpli can text people for you when you miss their call.
You can set this up for four situations:
A new caller during business hours
A repeat caller during business hours
A new caller during non-business hours
A repeat caller during non-business hours
You can turn each one on or off. Each message can be different.
For each message:
Choose a text template you already saved, or
Type your message in the box.
Step 8: Set who the phone rings first
Find the Business Hours section.
Click Add.
Choose how the call should ring. You will see four options:
Single Forward rings one person.
Simultaneous rings several people at once.
Sequential rings people one after another.
Voicemail sends the call to voicemail.
The video chooses Single Forward.
Step 9: Choose how the call reaches you
Now choose where the call goes. You will see three options:
Number Forward sends the call to your personal or business phone number.
In-App Answering rings you inside REsimpli in your web browser. It also rings the mobile app if you have it.
AI answering lets AI pick up the call. This only works if your account has the AI subscription.
Then:
Choose In-App Answering, as the video does.
Assign the call to yourself.
Set the ring time to 20 seconds.
The phone will ring you for 20 seconds. If you do not answer, the call moves to the next step.
Step 10: Add your team as backup
Click Add to create another step.
Choose Simultaneous. This rings more than one person at the same time.
Assign your team members. The video assigns Leah and Irvin.
The ring time is 20 seconds.
If you miss the call, it will now ring Leah and Irvin together.
Step 11: Add voicemail as the last step
Click Add to create another step.

Click Save.
Your business hours plan is done.
Step 12: Set up your non-business hours
This covers the times you are closed. In the video, that means weekends and any time after 6:00 p.m.
Find the Non-Business Hours section.
Send all calls to voicemail.
Choose the VM Drop recording.
Calls outside your working hours will now go straight to voicemail.
Step 13: Save your Call Flow

Your Call Flow is now active.
