Overview
On Tuesday evening, September 15, 2026, Sharad Mehta hosted the 6:00 PM office hours call with Anthony from the team handling Zapier questions. The call ran approximately two hours and 29 minutes and featured a live Zapier reconnection walkthrough from Anthony before opening to Q&A on lead detail layout, pipeline stage triggers, webhooks, the claim-lead button, web performance, and comps.
Sharad recapped the same batch of fixes from the noon call: screen size error, list stacking call bar minimizing, email template freeze, search showing full name, API key reset, quick due-date buttons, filtered list navigation, DNC skip tracing, clickable calendar tasks, and call flow repeat-call forwarding.
Smart routing with three outbound number modes (smart, campaign, fixed fallback) ships by end of the week. It applies to the single-line dialer, triple-line dialer, bulk SMS, and one-off calls and texts.
The iOS and Android app update is still pending Apple and Google approval; the known auto-logout issue is already fixed in the pending build.
Anthony walked through reconnecting Zapier: users must select the updated REsimpli 6.0 app (not the version labeled 2.0.4), paste their API token from Settings, and remap all fields. The old version created 503 errors.
Zapier now only shows one app listing for REsimpli, so users starting from scratch will automatically connect to the correct version.
The two-step Zapier form merge fix ships Wednesday, September 16: step one and step two will merge into one lead using phone number and property address as the unique key, with a 30-minute merge window.
Some third-party platforms send full name as one field instead of separate first and last name; Anthony noted the backend team is working on a way to split it so variable fields populate correctly.
Webhook two-step forms still work with a single webhook for both steps; users just need to reconnect the updated app and remap from step one.
The call closed with Sharad confirming daily calls would continue Wednesday through Friday at noon and 6:00 PM Eastern, with possible automation master classes beginning the following week.
00:01:34 Recap of fixes shipped since the September 14 call and smart routing preview
Sharad opened with the same list of fixes covered in the noon call: the screen size error, list stacking call bar minimization, email template freezing, full name in search, API key reset, quick due-date buttons, filtered list navigation in list stacking, DNC flagging in skip tracing, clickable calendar tasks and appointments, and call flow repeat-call forwarding. He then repeated the smart routing preview with the same three outbound modes (smart, campaign, and fixed fallback), noting that smart routing will also apply to the triple-line dialer and bulk SMS in addition to single-line calls and one-off texts (00:06:05).
Sharad added that the iOS and Android app update is still pending Apple and Google approval. The auto-logout bug is already fixed in the pending build, and the update should go out within a day or two (00:07:06).
00:07:43 Anthony walks through Zapier reconnection: select the updated REsimpli 6.0 app, paste the API token, and remap all fields
Anthony demonstrated the full Zapier reconnection process live. Users seeing the 503 error need to switch from the old app listing (labeled REsimpli 6.0 version 2.0.4) to the current one (labeled simply REsimpli 6.0 with no version number). The old version is no longer functional. After selecting the new app, users paste their API token from Settings, then remap all fields from the third-party platform. Existing Zaps do not need to be deleted; users just reconnect the REsimpli step within them (00:09:56).
Anthony also noted that some platforms send the seller's full name as a single field rather than separate first and last name fields. If the full name is mapped to the first name field, variable fields like "seller first name" will include the last name as well. The backend team is working on an automatic split (00:11:50).
00:12:50 Two-step Zapier forms merge into one lead using phone number and property address as the unique key with a 30-minute window
Sharad confirmed the two-step merge fix ships Wednesday, September 16. The system matches step one and step two using the combination of phone number and property address. Both submissions must arrive within 30 minutes; if step two arrives later, it is rejected. This eliminates the duplicate lead issue for users running multi-step web forms through Zapier. Webhook-based two-step forms also work the same way: a single webhook handles both steps as long as the user reconnects the updated app and remaps from step one (00:14:24).
00:15:54 Lead detail layout feedback: communication panel on every tab, and the "offers made" pipeline stage trigger is gone
A user repeated the request from the noon call for a persistent communication and notes panel visible across all lead detail tabs, similar to 5.0. Sharad confirmed the team has received this from multiple users and will look into adding the section to every tab after the immediate priorities (smart routing, inbox, dashboard) are addressed. The same user noted that the "offers made" pipeline stage no longer triggers a pop-up for offer details. Sharad explained that the stage is no longer fixed; only "under contract" triggers the pop-up now since all other stages are customizable (00:19:09).
The user also reported that the novation offer form is showing seller-finance fields (down payment and monthly payment) instead of a simple price offer. Sharad said the team would fix the form fields. A separate bug was flagged where new pipeline stages in transaction management cannot be reordered after being added, with the "clear to close" stage stuck in the wrong position (00:20:48).
00:25:45 Legacy automation webhooks are not firing, and the claim-lead notification button has been removed
A user reported that webhooks inside legacy drip automations (carried over from 5.0) are not firing. New webhooks work correctly when added to the same automation, confirming the issue is on the REsimpli side rather than Zapier. Anthony asked the user to share credentials for investigation and suggested replacing the old webhook step with a new one as a workaround (00:27:02).
The same user asked about the claim-lead button that used to appear in the notification bell when a "first to claim" lead came in. Sharad confirmed it was removed during the migration and will be added back. In the meantime, users can create a filter for leads with no acquisition manager or lead manager assigned to catch unassigned records (00:28:37).
00:29:01 Web performance spikes causing CPU overload and the platform becoming unusable multiple times per day
A user with a high-end Mac Studio reported that REsimpli causes CPU spikes approximately eight times per day, making the computer unusable. His team members on less powerful machines experience the same slowdown without knowing the cause. The spikes occur unpredictably, with the loading bar appearing mid-session. Sharad said he has not experienced the issue himself but asked the user to document which feature is active during the next spike and said the team would check API usage on the backend (00:30:01).
02:24:38 REsimpli Comps is $199 per month with unlimited MLS-sourced comps, and a PDF export feature is being considered
A user asked about the Comps add-on. Sharad confirmed it is $199 per month with unlimited comps sourced from MLS data rather than county records. The user suggested an export-to-PDF feature so comps could be saved to the lead's files and shared with sellers via email, similar to how he currently uses PropStream. Sharad agreed the idea is straightforward and said he would discuss it with Tyler. The user noted that all existing users have free access to Comps through October 12 for testing (02:26:00).
02:28:00 Daily calls continue Wednesday through Friday at noon and 6:00 PM Eastern, with automation master classes planned for the following week
Sharad confirmed daily office hours would continue Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at noon and 6:00 PM Eastern. He previewed that the following week may include automation master class sessions for in-depth walkthroughs of all automation options.
Reconnect Zapier using the updated REsimpli 6.0 app listing (not the 2.0.4 version) and remap all fields.
Two-step Zapier form merge ships Wednesday, September 16; the unique key is phone number plus property address within a 30-minute window.
Legacy automation webhooks may not fire; replace the old webhook step with a new one as a workaround.
The claim-lead notification button will be added back; use an "unassigned lead" filter in the meantime.
CPU spikes and web performance issues are being investigated; document which feature is active during the next spike.
Smart routing ships by end of the week and applies to all dialer modes plus bulk SMS.
