Overview
Monday, October 12, 2026. Sharad Mehta hosted an office hours Q&A at 1 PM Pacific / 4 PM Eastern.
A user was temporarily blocked from list stacking SMS after hitting a backend soft limit designed to prevent spam. The limit resets, but Sharad escalated to confirm the parameters.
Multiple PPL leads calling back from the same Property Leads forwarding number create activity logs on one lead instead of separate leads. Sharad will check with Property Leads about unique caller IDs and with the REsimpli team about moving activity between leads.
Automation and AI calling hours may be extended beyond the 8 PM cutoff on weekends. Sharad is checking with an attorney after a user's Saturday 7 PM lead did not trigger speed-to-lead.
Speed-to-lead AI hangs up when it encounters call screening from another AI on the seller's phone. Sharad asked for the recording so the team can train the AI to handle screeners.
Conversational AI can be enabled per lead (toggle on lead detail) or in bulk through an automation step. When it activates on a reply, it stops the drip automation to prevent conflicting messages.
DNC handling from the single-line dialer: create an activity trigger automation on the DNC call outcome that changes list stacking status to DNC automatically.
List stacking status does not auto-change from "not yet worked" after dialing. Call outcome automations are required to move records between statuses.
Bulk SMS is a one-time send. Automations send on a recurring cadence and are the recommended approach for follow-up. Up to 500 records can be added to an automation per day.

00:02:05 List stacking SMS soft limit temporarily blocks continued conversations after high-volume sending
A user reported being unable to continue SMS conversations in list stacking, with the system saying he had no credits remaining. Sharad explained that REsimpli places a soft limit on the backend to prevent accounts from sending 50,000 to 60,000 messages at once, which can get the account blocked by carriers. The limit resets, and the user was able to send a message during the call. Sharad escalated to the team to confirm the limit parameters and check whether the user's A2P tier was also a factor (00:05:36).
Q: Why can't I send SMS from list stacking even though I'm on an unlimited plan?
A: REsimpli places a soft limit on the backend to prevent high-volume spam that could get your account blocked by carriers. The limit resets. If you are still blocked, contact support.
Q: Is there a daily SMS limit in list stacking?
A: There is a soft limit to prevent abuse, but it is not a fixed published number. If you hit it, wait and try again, or contact support.
00:06:06 Lead manager and acquisition manager dashboards not reflecting correct data; ticket open
A user reported that the lead manager and acquisition manager dashboards are showing incorrect data. Sharad confirmed he received the user's email with details and already created a ticket. He noted the issue is related to a date parameter in the calculation and will follow up once the team investigates (00:06:57).
Q: Why is my lead manager dashboard showing wrong numbers?
A: This is a known issue related to date parameters in the dashboard calculations. A ticket is open. Contact Sharad with specifics from your account.
00:09:29 PPL leads calling back from the same forwarding number create activity on one lead instead of separate leads
A user receiving leads from Property Leads showed that multiple sellers calling back from the same PPL forwarding number create activity logs on a single lead because the system identifies leads by phone number. Four different sellers' call recordings appear under one lead record. Sharad will check with Property Leads about passing a unique caller ID per lead and with the REsimpli team about adding the ability to manually move call activity from one lead to another (00:11:35).
Q: Why are all my PPL callback calls showing on the same lead?
A: PPL providers like Property Leads sometimes route callbacks through a shared forwarding number. REsimpli identifies leads by phone number, so all calls from that number land on one lead. Ask the provider about passing unique caller IDs. The ability to move call activity between leads is being explored.
00:11:54 Automation and AI calling hours may be extended beyond 8 PM on weekends; Sharad is checking with an attorney
A user received a lead at 7:00 PM on a Saturday, but the speed-to-lead AI did not fire because it was outside the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM automation window. Sharad is scheduling a follow-up call with the company's attorney to determine whether the quiet hours can be extended on weekends, particularly for speed-to-lead scenarios where timing is critical (00:12:38).
Q: Can automations send messages after 8 PM on weekends?
A: Not currently. All automations respect the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM quiet window. Sharad is checking with an attorney about extending hours for certain scenarios.
00:12:50 Speed-to-lead AI encounters call screening from another AI and hangs up instead of leaving a message
A user reported that the speed-to-lead AI called a seller whose phone has call screening (another AI that says "please stay on the line, we're connecting you"). The REsimpli AI hung up instead of waiting or leaving a voicemail. Sharad asked the user to send the recording so the team can train the AI to handle call screeners (00:13:17).
Q: What happens when the speed-to-lead AI calls a number with call screening?
A: Currently the AI may hang up when it encounters another AI's call screening prompt. Send the call recording to Sharad so the team can improve the AI's handling of these situations.
00:15:04 Conversational AI can be enabled per lead or in bulk through an automation step, and it stops the automation when it activates
Sharad demonstrated two ways to enable conversational AI. First, on any individual lead, toggle "enable conversational AI" on the lead detail. Second, enable it as a step inside an automation so every lead that enters the automation has conversational AI turned on automatically. When a lead replies and conversational AI activates, it stops the drip automation to prevent conflicting generic messages from being sent while the AI is engaged in a real-time conversation. You can filter all leads by "conversational AI is active" to see which leads currently have it running. Disabling can be done per lead or in bulk (00:17:01).
Path: Lead Detail > Enable Conversational AI (per lead) Path: Automations > [add step] > Enable Conversational AI (in bulk) Path: All Leads > Add Filter > Conversational AI > Is Active
Q: How do I turn on conversational AI in REsimpli 6.0?
A: Either toggle it on an individual lead's detail page, or add an "enable conversational AI" step to your automation so it turns on automatically for every lead in that drip.
Q: Does conversational AI stop my drip automation?
A: Yes. When a lead replies and conversational AI activates, it stops the automation to prevent conflicting messages. The AI takes over the conversation from that point.
00:17:21 DNC and STOP handling from the single-line dialer: use call outcome automations to change list stacking status automatically
A user asked how to handle DNC requests when calling from the single-line dialer in list stacking. Sharad walked through three options: mark the contact as DNC, add a DNC tag, or move the list stacking status to DNC. He recommended using call outcome automations so the process is automatic. Create an activity trigger automation tied to the DNC call outcome that changes the list stacking status to DNC. Before the next dialing session, filter out DNC-status records. Sharad also demonstrated customizing call outcomes under Settings, Customization, Call Outcome (00:27:06).
Path: Automations > Activity Trigger > Call Outcome > DNC Contact > Change List Stacking Status to DNC Path: Settings > Customization > Call Outcome
Q: How do I automatically remove DNC contacts from future dialing sessions in list stacking?
A: Create an activity trigger automation on the DNC call outcome that changes the list stacking status to DNC. Before your next session, filter out DNC-status records.
Q: Can I customize the call outcomes in REsimpli 6.0?
A: Yes. Go to Settings > Customization > Call Outcome to add, rename, or color-code outcomes for leads, buyers, vendors, and agents.
00:28:43 List stacking status does not auto-change from "not yet worked" after dialing; call outcome automations are required to move records between statuses
A user noticed that records in list stacking remain in "not yet worked" status even after the triple-line dialer has called them. Sharad confirmed the dialer does not automatically change the list stacking status. Users must set up call outcome automations to move records based on the disposition selected during the call (for example, "busy signal" moves to "follow up," "not interested" triggers a 3-month text drip, "DNC" moves to DNC status). The statuses under list stacking are fully customizable (00:32:18).
Q: Why do my list stacking records still say "not yet worked" after I called them?
A: The dialer does not automatically change list stacking status. Set up call outcome automations that move records to the correct status based on the call disposition you select.
Q: Can I customize list stacking statuses?
A: Yes. Go to list stacking and click on the customization option next to the status filters. You can add, rename, and color-code statuses to match your workflow.
01:30:01 Bulk SMS is a one-time send; automations send on a recurring cadence and are the recommended approach for follow-up
A new user asked whether the system automatically sends follow-up messages after a bulk SMS blast. Sharad clarified that bulk SMS is a single one-time message. For recurring follow-up, use automations: build a drip with texts spaced at your desired cadence (for example, day 1, day 7, day 14), then select records in list stacking, choose "add to automation," and the system handles all future messages. Up to 500 records can be added per day. Sharad built a simple two-step automation live on the call to demonstrate (01:34:48).
Path: List Stacking > Select Records > Action > Add to Automation
Q: Does bulk SMS in REsimpli automatically send follow-up messages?
A: No. Bulk SMS is a one-time send. For automated follow-up, build an automation with texts on a cadence and add your records to it.
Q: How many records can I add to an automation per day?
A: Up to 500. You can add more each day. Select records in list stacking, choose Action > Add to Automation, and the system handles the rest.
01:35:13 Tomorrow is the Automations 101 webinar covering the most essential automations to build
Points to Remember:
If list stacking SMS says you have no credits, the soft limit may have triggered. Wait and try again, or contact support.
PPL leads calling back from a shared forwarding number will stack onto one lead. Ask the provider about unique caller IDs, and send Sharad details so the team can explore moving activity between leads.
Automation and AI calling hours are currently 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Weekend extension is being reviewed with an attorney.
Enable conversational AI either per lead or through an automation step. It stops the drip when it activates to prevent conflicting messages.
Set up call outcome automations to automatically change list stacking statuses after dialing. The dialer does not move records between statuses on its own.
Use automations instead of bulk SMS for follow-up. Bulk SMS is a one-time send. Automations handle recurring messages on a cadence.
Customize your call outcomes under Settings > Customization > Call Outcome to match your workflow across leads, buyers, vendors, and agents.
