How to Move a Property from List Stacking to Leads

The two routes into Leads, and what comes with the record — calls, SMS, emails, notes, activity log, custom fields.

Written by Anthony Estrada

Overview

When a property in List Stacking turns into something worth working, you push it into Leads.

Since 22 September 2026 the whole record goes with it — the communication history you built up while it was still a List Stacking record is no longer left behind.

What transfers

Everything you have already done with that property comes across:

  • Calls

  • SMS messages

  • Emails

  • Notes

  • Activity Log history

  • Custom field values

So the lead opens with its full history rather than looking like a brand-new record you have never contacted.

Two ways to push a property

From the record

Open the List Stacking record and push it to Leads.

From the Call Result screen

After a call, click Move to Lead directly on the Call Result screen.

This is the one worth knowing if you are dialing. You can convert a property the moment the conversation justifies it, without dropping out of the dialing workflow to go and find the record.

Important Notes

  • Communication history transfers. Before 22 September 2026 it did not, so a record pushed earlier than that will not have its old history attached.

  • Custom fields and notes come across correctly. There was a period where imported custom field values and notes did not appear on the lead after the move — that was fixed on 22 September 2026, and applies to new imports from that point.

  • Pushing from the Call Result screen saves a context switch. You stay in the dialer and keep going.

  • Choose the right contact when you push. A List Stacking record can hold several contacts; the one you push is normally whichever number you actually reached.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose the calls and texts I made while it was in List Stacking?

No. Calls, SMS, emails, notes and the activity log all transfer with the record.

Can I convert a property without leaving the dialer?

Yes — use Move to Lead on the Call Result screen.

An older record came across without its history. Why?

History transfer started on 22 September 2026. Records pushed before then were moved under the old behaviour.

Troubleshooting

The lead has no communication history

  • Check when it was pushed. If it was before 22 September 2026, the history stayed on the List Stacking record.

Custom field values are missing on the lead

  • Same question — check the date it was imported. New imports bring custom field values and notes across. If a recent one did not, send support a sample record.

You cannot find Move to Lead

  • It is on the Call Result screen, which appears after you finish a call from the dialer — not on the record itself.
