6.0 Launch Webinar Q&A

From the New REsimpli Live Unveiling sessions, September 8–11, 2026.

Can I add several contacts to one List Stacking record?

  • Yes, and you can record how each person is related to the others. When you push the record to active leads you choose which contact to push — usually whichever number you actually reached. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Can I assign multiple phone numbers to each person on a List Stacking record?

  • No. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Can I create appointments and tasks from List Stacking?

  • Yes. You can also assign a record to several team members and attach files such as photos, appraisals, and inspection reports. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Can automations be triggered by List Stacking stages?

  • Yes. List Stacking supports stages and statuses, and an automation can fire when a record moves into a particular stage. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Are List Stacking records updated automatically?

  • Yes. Property data in both Leads and List Stacking updates daily as new information becomes available. No manual refresh is needed. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

How does REsimpli handle duplicate records on import?

  • Duplicates are identified by property address. The same address is never saved twice — the existing record is updated instead. Duplicate detection does not work on phone numbers. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Why does an inbound call from a List Stacking record not populate the lead automatically?

  • Because List Stacking data can have the same phone number attached to several people and properties, the system cannot tell which record to use. You still copy the information across manually. Once a record is pushed to leads the data is clean, and a lead can only have one number per record. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Is there an AI score in List Stacking?

  • No. AI scoring is only available once a record has been pushed to active leads. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Does AI calling work on cold leads in List Stacking?

  • Not at launch. AI outbound calling is available for active leads; extending it to List Stacking is planned. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)

If I tag a team member on a List Stacking record, are they notified?

  • Yes, they receive a notification in their account. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Can I use the Triple-Line Dialer on List Stacking records?

  • Yes. The Triple-Line Dialer is available across the whole platform — List Stacking, leads, buyers, agents, and vendors. (Day 1 Webinar, Sept 8)

Can I rotate phone numbers when dialing or texting from List Stacking?

  • Yes. In List Stacking you can select a group of numbers and the system rotates through them. This is not yet available for active leads. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

How often should I refresh my lists?

  • Sharad pulls his absentee-owner list roughly every six months. Tyler pulls quarterly, rotating list types month to month. Time-sensitive lists such as pre-foreclosure warrant more frequent pulls. Properties that have recently sold are now removed automatically. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Which date should I filter on to exclude recently sold properties?

  • Last sale date, not last transfer date. Years of ownership is an alternative. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)

Why would I use List Stacking at all?

  • It identifies records that appear on more than one list you have uploaded, which can indicate a more motivated seller. It also prevents the same property address being saved twice, so you avoid marketing to the same lead more than once. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
