Where does cash buyer data come from?
Public data through a third-party provider. REsimpli is not partnered with InvestorBase. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
How do I tell which cash buyers are worth calling?
Each result shows how many times the buyer appeared in that search area and how many properties they bought in the last 12 months. Buyers with several purchases in your area are worth calling personally; less active ones suit a text or email blast. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I search cash buyers before a property is under contract?
Yes. Cash buyer search works on any lead at any stage. Only the Listing tab requires the property to be under contract and in dispo. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I control the search radius for cash buyers?
Not currently. The system widens the radius automatically in rural areas and caps results at around 100 buyers in dense ones. Filter options for radius and time period are on the roadmap. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I restrict which team members see which buyers?
Yes. Buyers can be owned by a specific dispo manager so that person sees only their own buyers, which suits teams operating in different regions. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I filter buyers without using tags?
Yes. Custom fields can now be created on the fly during import and filtered on afterwards, and pre-made filter views such as active responders are included. With AI add-ons, some buyer fields update automatically from SMS and call transcripts. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I import buyers with tags already applied?
Yes, multiple tags can be included in a bulk import. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Is there a limit on how many buyers I can text at once?
Yes — approximately 2,500 per day. This is a carrier limit from Twilio rather than a REsimpli limit, and support can request an increase on your behalf. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I use the dialer on buyers as well as sellers?
