Can I send formatted HTML emails in 6.0?
Yes. Rich-format email is new in 6.0 — previously only plain text was available. You can build rich-format emails, save them as templates, and upload HTML files. This is included free on all plans. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Do inbound emails attach to the lead automatically?
Not yet. Emails from leads still have to be linked to the property manually. Deeper Gmail and Outlook integration is in progress, intended to work the way incoming texts already do. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Why do my email open and click rates look unreliable?
REsimpli reports the data it receives from SendGrid. Inbox providers pre-open and scan messages, which inflates opens and clicks, and bot activity cannot be separated out. Sharad suggests looking at total opens and clicks rather than unique ones — repeat clicks are more likely to be genuine. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
