Which countries can I get a number in?
The United States or Canada. ▶ Add and Set Up Phone Numbers — 0:39
What can I use a number for?
Leads, buyers, agents, vendors, list stacking, DYOM, or as an alternate number. ▶ Add and Set Up Phone Numbers — 0:50
Can I reuse a number attached to a campaign that no longer needs one?
Yes, rather than buying a new number. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Why does the marketing campaign I pick matter?
When a new contact calls or texts that number, REsimpli creates a lead under that campaign and triggers any connected automations. ▶ Add and Set Up Phone Numbers — 1:32

Only the users and roles you select during setup. ▶ Add and Set Up Phone Numbers — 2:16

6.0 Launch Webinar Q&A
From the New REsimpli Live Unveiling sessions, September 8–11, 2026.
Will my phone numbers change type during the migration?
No. Every number keeps the type it has today. A lead number stays a lead number, a buyer number stays a buyer number, and a general-purpose number becomes an all-purpose number with fuller functionality. Nothing needs remapping. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Will my call flows and call forwarding migrate?
Yes. Call flows migrate to the new system, including forwarding to landlines and cell phones. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Can I forward calls to another REsimpli number?
No. The forwarding number in a call flow must be a number outside REsimpli. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Do I still need a separate phone number for every marketing campaign?
No. In 6.0 a phone number no longer has to be tied to a campaign. You can assign numbers to users instead, keep the campaign-based approach if you prefer it, or mix both. Because of this you may need fewer numbers than before. (Day 2 and Day 3 Webinars)
When is a number per campaign still worth having?
For tracking distinct marketing channels — for example direct mail to an absentee list versus a probate list. For pay-per-lead providers you can run several campaigns through a single number. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can one user have several phone numbers, and can users share a number?
Yes to both. A user can have multiple numbers, and the same number can be used by several users. (Day 1 and Day 2 Webinars)
If I buy a user number and a seller texts it, does the message still show on the lead?
Yes. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
How many phone numbers are included in a plan?
Each plan includes 1, 5, or 15 phone numbers depending on tier — Pro includes five at no extra cost. There is no limit on how many additional numbers you can add. (Day 3 and Day 4 Webinars)
Do I need three phone numbers for the Triple-Line Dialer?
No, one number works. How many you need depends on your dialing volume. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Is there a phone number health checker?
Not as a separate feature. When you add a number, its spam status appears on the Manage Numbers page — not immediately, but after a few days. (Day 1 and Day 3 Webinars)
Can I bulk port a large number of tracking numbers into REsimpli?
Yes, and bulk discounts are available for large ports. Contact support with your current costs. Sharad recommends porting a few numbers first to confirm your setup before migrating everything. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
