6.0 Launch Webinar Q&A
From the New REsimpli Live Unveiling sessions, September 8–11, 2026.
Who is the eSign provider?
Foxit, with unlimited sending included on the new plans. REsimpli is working on moving to a new provider that would add editing and resending, and custom fields in documents. (Day 1 Webinar, Sept 8)
Can I send an eSign document by text message?
No. In this version eSign documents can only be sent by email, so the signer must have an email address. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I edit and resend an eSign document after sending it?
Not currently — this is a limitation of the current provider, Foxit. Cancel the document and send a new one; eSign is unlimited on the new plans, so there is no cost to resending. More control is expected when REsimpli moves to a new eSign provider. (Day 1 Webinar, Sept 8)
Can a webhook fire when an eSign document is completed?
No. There is no webhook trigger for eSign document or signature completion yet. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Two signers share one email address. What can I do?
Use a plus-address for the second signer — for example name+1@domain.com. The system reads it as a separate address and both documents arrive in the same inbox. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
