How to Manage User Access and Permissions in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Manage Users Page

Go to Settings in the lower-left corner, then select Manage Users.

Step 2: Select the User

Click the user’s name or the Pen/Edit icon in the Actions column.

Step 3: Configure Role Assignments

Under Role Assignment, choose:

  • User roles

  • Markets the user can access

  • Campaigns the user can access

Only checked markets and campaigns will be accessible to the user.

Step 4: Set Lead Permissions

Configure:

  • Lead access type (All Leads or Assigned Leads Only)

  • Access level (View Only or Full Access)

  • Permissions by lead status

Step 5: Configure Module Permissions

Under Module Permissions, enable or restrict access to specific modules and features within REsimpli.

You can assign:

  • Full Access

  • View Only Access

  • No Access

Step 6: Save the Permission Changes

Click:

  • Save Module Permission

  • Save User

Permission updates are applied in real time.

Step 7: Contact Support if Needed

Use the Help Desk icon for live chat, email, SMS support, or to schedule a support call.
