Overview
You can add other people to your REsimpli account so they can work on your leads with you. This includes roles like lead manager, acquisition manager, disposition manager, and admin.
You choose exactly what each person can see and do. This lets you give someone the access they need for their job, without opening up your whole account.
Steps
Step 1: Open your users
Click Settings in the lower-left corner of your screen.
Click Manage Users and Roles.
You will see all the active users in your account.
Step 2: Start adding a new user
Click the option to add a new user in the upper-right corner of your screen.
Step 3: Enter the user's information
Fill in the person's details, such as first name and last name.
At this point you also choose what kind of user they are:
Driver — they will not have access to your CRM at all. They will only use the Driving for Dollars feature on the mobile app. You do not need to create a separate account for them.
Sub user — a regular user who works inside your account. The video adds a sub user.
Step 4: Set the time zone
Set the user's time zone, then click Continue.
Step 5: Choose a role
Select the role you want this person to have.
If the role you need is not in the list, you can add your own role. Create it here, then assign it to the user.
The video assigns the Lead Manager role.
Step 6: Choose how to set their access
You have three ways to set what this person can do:
Copy from another user — click the profile of someone who already has the right access. REsimpli copies their permissions across, so you do not have to set each one by hand. This is the quickest way.
Full admin access — gives the person access to everything.
Custom access — you choose each permission yourself.
If you choose custom access, click Continue and follow the steps below.
Setting Custom Access
Each section works the same way. Turn one toggle on to allow everything in that section, or turn on only the specific items you want. Click Continue to move to the next section.
Step 7: KPI dashboards
Choose what dashboard data this person can see. Toggle it on to give them everything, or pick items one by one.
Step 8: Marketing
Choose their marketing permissions. Toggle it on for all of them, or turn on only the ones you want.
Step 9: Leads
Choose which leads this person can see:
All leads
All leads in selected campaigns
All leads in selected pipelines or statuses — for example, only leads with a New Lead status
Assigned only — only the leads assigned to them, or leads where they are added under the team tag
Step 10: Lead actions
Choose what this person is allowed to do with leads:
Delete leads
Export leads
Assign unassigned leads
Assign unclaimed leads
Step 11: Buyers
Choose whether this person can see your buyers. You can give them full access, or limit them to buyers with certain statuses only.
Step 12: Dispo
Choose whether this person can use the Listing tab and the Dispo tab. You can also pick which pipelines or statuses they can reach.
Step 13: Financial permissions
This covers the Banking tab. Choose whether this person can access it.
Step 14: Managing users
Decide whether this person can open Manage Users and Roles.
Full access means they can add users and make changes on your behalf. You can also give them no access at all.
Step 15: Templates and documents
Choose whether this person can use your templates, web forms, and reference documents.
Step 16: AI agents and automations
Choose whether this person can use your AI agents and your automations. You can turn on all automation permissions, or enable only the specific ones you want.
Step 17: Remaining permissions
Scroll down to set the last few permissions. You can choose whether this person can:
Buy credits on your behalf
Delete other users' comments or notes
Use activity permissions
Step 18: Add the user
Click Add User.
A message will appear asking you to confirm the changes. Click Continue.
A one-time code (OTP) will be sent to the main user's email address on the account. If you are the main user, check your own email.
Entering the code lets REsimpli record the change and finish adding the new user.
Important Notes
Adding a user is not finished until the one-time code is entered. The code always goes to the main user's email address, not the new user's.
A driver does not get CRM access. They can only use Driving for Dollars on the mobile app.
Copying permissions from an existing user is much faster than setting each permission by hand. Use it when the new person does the same job as someone already on your team.
Full admin access gives the person access to everything. Only use it when you mean it.
Giving someone access to Manage Users and Roles lets them add users and make changes on your behalf.
You can restrict leads down to specific campaigns, pipelines, or statuses, or limit someone to only the leads assigned to them.
Troubleshooting
The role you need is not in the list
Add your own role. Create it during the role step, then assign it to the user.
Setting every permission is taking too long
Copy the permissions from a user who already has the right access. Click their profile and REsimpli copies the settings across.
The new user was not added
The one-time code may not have been entered. The code is sent to the main user's email address on the account. Check that inbox and enter the code.
A user can see leads they should not see
Check their leads access. You can limit them to selected campaigns, selected pipelines or statuses, or to assigned leads only.
You do not want someone adding other users
Set their access to Manage Users and Roles to no access.
Summary
You added a new user to your REsimpli account. You entered their information, chose whether they were a driver or a sub user, set their time zone, and gave them a role. You then set their access, either by copying it from another user, granting full admin access, or choosing each permission yourself across dashboards, marketing, leads, buyers, dispo, banking, templates, automations, and more. Finally, you confirmed the changes and entered the one-time code sent to the main user's email.
