Step 1: Open the Buyers Section
Navigate to Contacts and select Buyers.
Using the Buyers Inbox
Step 2: Access the Inbox
Click the Inbox tab.
The inbox displays all incoming buyer communications, including:
Incoming SMS
Incoming Calls
Voicemails
Step 3: Filter Inbox Messages
Use the available filters to sort messages by:
Unread
Read
All Messages
Step 4: Open a Buyer Profile
Click on a buyer’s name to:
View communication logs
Review message history
Edit the buyer profile
Update buyer information
Sending Bulk SMS Campaigns
Step 5: Filter Buyer Contacts
Return to the Buyers dashboard and apply filters to select your target audience.
Example Filters:
Phone Number Available
City
State
Tags
Step 6: Apply Filter Values
Select the filter criteria.
Example:
Phone Number = Available
Tags = VIP Buyers
Step 7: Apply or Save the Filter
Choose one of the following:
Apply Filter for one-time use
Save Filter for future campaigns
Step 8: Select Buyer Contacts
Use the checkboxes to select recipients.
To select all filtered contacts:
Click the main checkbox at the top
Choose Select All Records
Step 9: Start the Bulk SMS Campaign
Click Selected Actions
Select Send Bulk SMS
Confirm the action
Step 10: Configure the SMS Campaign
Select:
Buyer Phone Number
Campaign Name
Campaign Name Example:
Main Street Property Announcement
VIP Buyers Campaign
Step 11: Create the SMS Message
Enter your SMS content.
You can use merge fields to personalize messages.
Example:
Hi {{First Name}}
This automatically inserts the buyer’s first name into the message.
Step 12: Send the Campaign
Click Send to launch the SMS campaign.
Tracking SMS Campaign Performance
Step 13: Open the SMS Campaigns Tab
Navigate to the SMS Campaigns section to review campaign results.
You can view:
Recipient List
Sent Count
Delivered Messages
Failed Deliveries
Result
