How to Set Up Appointments Through the Web Form

Step 1: Open Web Form Settings

Go to Settings in the lower-left corner, then select Web Form under Customization.

Step 2: Copy the Web Form Link

Click Copy Lead Form Link in the upper-right corner and share the link with the person who will use the web form.

Step 3: Enter the Lead’s Phone Number First

When using the web form, always enter the lead’s phone number first before adding any other details.

Important: If other information is entered before the phone number, it will not be saved.

Step 4: Add the Lead

Complete the required lead information and click Add Lead to save the lead in REsimpli.

Step 5: Reopen the Lead Through the Web Form

Search the same phone number again in the web form and select the existing lead from the popup.

Step 6: Create the Appointment

Click Add Appointment, then:

  • Select the appointment type

  • Choose the date and time

  • Assign the user

  • Select the time zone

  • Add reminders if needed

Step 7: Save the Appointment

Click Save Appointment to complete the setup.

Step 8: Contact Support if Needed

Use the Help Desk icon in the lower-left corner for chat, email, SMS support, or to schedule a support call.
